Shay, happily married to Sarah and father of three sons - Oz, Eitan and Erez.

Following service at the Israeli Air Force and a successful 13-year career in the communication market, Shay left a promising career and founded integral marketing agency.


Since then, Shay has successfully accompanied hundreds of business owners and brands in a wide variety of industries, fields and content worlds, in Israel and abroad, putting all his heart & soul, expressing creativity, while adhering to the highest standards.


Yes, he does not like to say it but the truth is he's a perfectionist. Advanced 3rd Dan degree Black Belt in the Korean martial arts Taekwondo and an advanced belt in Chinese martial arts Kung Fu, amateur cook, musician, businessman, a thought after  lecturer and speaker at workshops in the fields of: strategy, practical marketing, brand building and management, decision making and creative thinking.
