Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This website, integral-group.co.il (the "Site"), is operated by Integral ("Integral", "we", "us"), a marketing agency based in Israel. The Site presents our services and lets you get in touch with us.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Part 1: Terms of Use

1. Information on the Site

The content on the Site is general information about Integral and its services. It is not professional advice for your specific business, and it is not an offer. A proposal, scope of work or price is binding only when it is set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Case studies and project descriptions on the Site describe specific projects, for specific clients, at a specific time. They are not a promise or a guarantee that another business will achieve similar results.

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, free of errors or up to date at any given moment.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the Site, read its content and share links to it. You may not:

  • copy, republish or sell Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
  • interfere with the Site's operation, try to gain unauthorized access to it, or upload malicious code;
  • use the Site's contact forms to send spam, unlawful content, or false details about yourself or about others.

3. Intellectual property

The content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and case studies, belongs to Integral or is used with the permission of its owners. Client names, logos and work samples remain the property of their owners. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use them.

You may quote short excerpts from the Site, provided you credit Integral and link to the source page.

4. Reporting a problem with content

If you believe that something on the Site infringes your rights (for example, copyright in an image or text), is inaccurate, or is not accessible to you, please write to office@integral-group.co.il and include a link to the page and a short explanation. We review every such notice and, where the notice is justified, we correct or remove the content promptly. For accessibility issues you can also contact our accessibility coordinator directly; the details are in our Accessibility Statement.

5. Links to other sites

The Site may link to sites and platforms run by others, such as social networks and our clients' websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. Availability and liability

The Site is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time and without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integral is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the Site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Ramla, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

If you have a complaint about the Site, please write to us first. Most issues can be settled quickly and directly.

8. Language

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are also published in Hebrew. If there is any conflict or difference between the Hebrew version and this English version, the Hebrew version prevails.

9. General

If any provision of these terms is found void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and that provision will be read as closely to its original intent as the law allows.

These terms apply to the use of the Site. If you have signed a service agreement with us, the signed agreement prevails in everything that concerns the services we provide to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Integral is responsible for the personal information collected through the Site and in the course of its work with clients. For any privacy question or request, write to office@integral-group.co.il.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form, email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, company, role, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you are our client, we also receive the details needed for the engagement, invoicing and payment. You are not legally required to give us this information, but without contact details we cannot reply to you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, cookies and similar technologies collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed and which site referred you.

3. How we use your information

We use it to:

  • reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for;
  • manage our engagement with clients, including invoicing, payment collection and accounting records as the law requires;
  • send you updates or offers about our services, only if you have agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • understand how visitors use the Site and improve it;
  • measure our advertising, and show our ads to people who have visited the Site, on advertising platforms and social networks;
  • meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Cookies and tracking tools

The Site uses cookies and third-party tracking and analytics tools (such as advertising pixels, Google Analytics, tag managers, conversion tags and similar tools). These tools help us understand how the Site is used, measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the Site.

When these tools run, the companies that provide them (such as Google or Meta) receive information about your visit directly from your browser. They process it as independent companies, under their own privacy policies.

If you agreed to receive email updates from us, our mailing system may measure whether a message was opened and whether you clicked a link in it.

You can choose which cookies to allow in the cookie settings on the Site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (some Site features may then not work as intended), and manage ad personalization in your Google account and in the settings of the social networks you use.

5. Who we share information with

We share your personal information only with the parties listed below, and we do not sell or rent it out:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, a mailing system and a payment processor. They handle the information on our behalf.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google or Meta), as described in section 4.
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountant and lawyer, when this is needed to run the business, collect a debt or protect our rights.
  • Authorities, when the law or a court order requires it, or when it is needed to prevent fraud or serious harm to a person or property.
  • A successor, if Integral's business is transferred to another party that commits to this policy.

We may analyze and share aggregated statistical information, which does not identify you, for the purpose of running our business.

6. Storage outside Israel

Some of our service providers store information outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and stored in those countries.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, for the duration of our business relationship, and for any period the law requires (for example, for tax records). After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Payments

Credit card payments are made through a licensed payment processor. We do not store card details, and we see only the details needed for our accounting, such as the last four digits.

10. Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time, using the unsubscribe link in the message or by writing to us.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR: to access, correct or erase your information, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have given. We process your information on the basis of your consent (for advertising cookies), our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, and the steps needed to answer you before entering an agreement. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights. To make any request, write to office@integral-group.co.il or send a letter to our office address. We will reply within the period the law requires, and usually within 30 days.
